Reading Length: 3 minutes
5:30am: I wake up all excited for the day. I’m 22! I can relate to that Taylor Swift song finally! I’m feeling 22!
You know the drill. Skincare stuff and pimple scan. I’m actually satisfied with my skin for once. Please don’t give up on me, skin.
6:00am: I skip out on yoga this time because I realized that I messed up big time. I didn’t file my taxes and the deadline is coming (This happened before the tax deadline). I rush to the computer and whip out all the forms I can find. I always procrastinate on this, guys. Maybe I should make a video on not to procrastinate on filing your taxes.
7:00am: My uncle picks us up to take us to our next destination. Somewhere magical, life-changing, and unforgettable. A waterfall! I hyped it up too much, sorry. As a New Yorker, I am way too enthusiastic about anything that has to with nature.
12:00pm: We reserve a lodge around there. Check it out, guys. I’m in love with this place! Especially with this open kitchen and view. Geez, this place is calling me poor. Can I just move in here forever?
1:00pm: My uncle attempts to barbeque but messes up. Cooking failures are in our genes, guys. All is still well and we all enjoy lunch together while having a blast seeing the view next to us.
2:00pm: After lunch, my mom and I enjoy some salsa by the lake. As you can see, she’s good at dancing. Me, on the other hand, I’m not dancing. It don’t qualify. Look at those stiff hips.
3:00pm: We head over to see some more waterfalls. There’s lots of waterfalls here. Makes me want to run to the restroom. I just enjoy the countryside views the best I can because I know I won’t be able to see this back in the city. Ugh, just thinking about the crowds back there give me the shivers. Should I just become a farmer?
6:00pm: We all enjoy dinner at a local park nearby and have fun with the see-saw. Gosh, we’re all just grown ups stuck in 10 year old bodies.
7:00pm: My aunt and I enjoy paddle boating. She shakes a little, convinced that there are all types of sea creatures ready to eat us but I reassure her that we’re all good.
8:00pm: During the night time, we enjoy sunset views by the lake. I must be in heaven. I swear these views are straight up from a poster. We went all out with the photos.
9:00pm: We start a whole karaoke session. My aunt and mom get in the zone with the music. It’s nice to hear songs from previous generations.
10:00pm: At night, I play some guitar and hold my own mini-concert. Watch out, guys. You’re seeing a future singer here. While I sing, my family fools around with some dancing and shenanigans. I promise we’re not drunk. Maybe a little…I was a little tipsy from a tasty wine slushie.
12:00am: Forgot to film myself on the lodge’s bed so I’ll say goodbye here! Good night guys!
